About Us
For over 25 years, Fabian Realty has been helping countless clients with their real estate ventures. We're an intimate organization with around 12 licensed agents and 4 additional assistants from all walks of life. Their diverse backgrounds and levels of experience provide a unique vantage point for each customer who comes through our door. Howard, for example, was a teacher for 18 years while managing his real estate company.
Jennifer, Howard’s partner, brings another 15 years of real estate experience to the table with a background that spans all aspects of commercial real estate coming over to “general real estate” after spending the majority of her career as a broker for large real estate companies. In fact, it was during a transaction where Howard represented a Tenant (Bonefish Mac’s Sports Grille) and Jennifer represented the Landlord, that they realized what great chemistry there was working together. Not long after that transaction was completed it was decided that they would join forces and move forward in the direction Fabian Realty is heading today. That direction is continued diversity of services with always expanding ideas and innovation while maintaining the family feel that has always been enjoyed.
Despite assorted backgrounds, each member of the Fabian Realty family shares the common goal of providing you with the best possible service.
A Unique Approach
Fabian Realty is what's known as a referral-based business. This means that we exert our efforts to serve you rather than to implement gaudy ad campaigns. In fact, if you ever come across a Fabian advertisement, it's more likely that Howard will have personally handed it to you rather than you seeing a large billboard or mailbox full of junk mail.
The Hands-On Method
As a part of our commitment to our clients, we consistently go “The Extra Mile” to ensure that we're doing all we can to accommodate you and your goals. We want to be with you every step of the way from start to finish. For example, unlike other realtors, we at Fabian attend each meeting and the final closings to provide assistance that may be needed.
