I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Fabian Realty, which is a full service based Real Estate Brokerage Company. As Vice President of Fabian Realty, I strive to lead by example and provide the ultimate in personalized service. These referrals only come with happy clients. Our "family" philosophy seems to promote this and the calls keep coming.
I am adept at all stages of the leasing process, from initial negotiations to closing, including lease drafting. I am well versed in the intricacies and legal ramifications of the lease documents, and have negotiated leases with local, regional, and national tenants. Furthermore, I exclusively represent both National and Local tenants.
I consistently produce results that exceed client and corporate expectations. I have proven to be creative, resourceful and analytical with solid problem solving abilities which has maximized performance and generated new business opportunities through superior services and professional acumen.
Additionally, community service though the NFL Alumni South Florida Chapter "Caring for Kids" (Special Events Coordinator), Miami Marlin's Community Foundation Member, University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board Member, Dade Chief's Association Member and other groups allow me and our company to give back with volunteering for the youth community. I / We are great believers in sponsoring children's activities (most recently the Davie Bronco's Football and Cheer Club) and participating wherever We can.
